Terms of Sale and Shipping Information (January 2023)

 

  1.  Minimum Order Value: $150.00 for the opening order (Exclusive of shipping costs).  $100 for reorders (Exclusive of shipping cost).

  2. Prices: All prices are in US dollars and are firm for the quoted ship date.

 

  1. Note Card with Envelope in clear sleeve:             $1.95 ea. (MINIMUM ORDER QTY. 4 PER CATALOG                                                                                                     NUMBER)   

  2. 5 Note Cards w/Envelopes in clear box:             $ 8.25 per box

  3. Set of 4 coasters                                               $18.00

  4. Tatted snowflake                                               $ 9.00 (It may be a 4-6 week lead time)

  5. Angel with tatted wings                                      $15.00 (it may be a 4-6 week lead time)

 

  1. Shipping and Handling:  Unless otherwise negotiated, all shipments shall be via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Shipping and Handling Charges will be based on the Buyer’s location with typical S&H charges for destinations in the Continental USA being in the range of 8% to 12% of the value of the goods being shipped.

  2. Terms of Payment:  Credit card information required at the time of order placement.  Charge is processed at the time of shipment.   American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

  3. Delivery: All sales are made ‘FCA’ US Post Office (or other common carrier point of shipment) and products are packaged in accordance with USPS or UPS requirements.  

  4. Delays: Delays caused by the Seller shall not result in a price increase but delays caused by or made at the request of the Buyer may result in a price increase.

  5. Special Orders:  Seller will accept orders for notecards with new designs not currently in its portfolio.  Photos, artwork, or other appropriate representations of the requested design are to be submitted by the Buyer for this purpose.  A design fee of $50.00 is also required with the order.  Seller will present a proof of the design for approval buy the Buyer.  The $50.00 design fee will be deducted from the value of the Buyer’s first order greater than $50 for the specially designed item.  Minimum Order Value applies.

  6. Returns and Exchanges:  All returns must be authorized in advance.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  All goods returned must be in original, unopened packages.  A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.  The restocking charge will be waived if the return request is accompanied by a purchase order for twice the value of the items to be returned.

  7. Cancellation Policy:  All order cancellations must be made via telephone and confirmed in writing via e-mail or fax.  An order may be canceled at no charge if canceled within 3 business days of order placement.  For orders canceled after the 3 business-day period, cancellation charges, based on the order value, will accumulate in proportion to the percentage of the quoted shipping lead time which has elapsed at time of cancellation. Orders canceled less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled ship date will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the order value.

  8. Country of Origin:  All products are designed and handcrafted in the USA.
